The New York Yankees are trying to give some of their starters a little bit of a rest. With a trade not on the horizon quite yet, the Yankees needed a starter for tomorrow night.

Luis Severino? He pitched Saturday. Bryan Mitchell? He pitched Sunday. Adam Warren? He threw 29 pitches in a stellar part of Saturday’s comeback win. Andy Pettitte? Still retired.
