New York Yankees News: Andrew Miller to Return Soon?

Behind the scenes in Anaheim, New York Yankees closer Andrew Miller threw 20 pitches off a bullpen mound, and his results indicated that there’s a good chance he might be activated before the All-Star Break.

The southpaw has been on the disabled list since June 11th, when he was diagnosed with a left forearm muscle strain. According to Bryan Hoch of mlb.com, Miller is scheduled to throw long toss today, and will take the mound again on Saturday at Yankee stadium for another bullpen session. Barring any setbacks, it’ll be Miller Time in the Bronx before baseball’s mid-summer classic.
