Mika Zibanejad and the New York Rangers reached a five-year deal, with an AAV of $5.3 million. The Rangers now have no remaining restricted free agents and still have approximately $3,050,556 million in projected cap space.(as per Caprfriednly.com)

The Rangers still need to fill a hole at the center position. I would think the Tyler Bozak rumors, and that’s what they are right now, may pick up steam.
