Ranking Teams with the Worst Long-Term Cap Issues – Bleacher Report
In their top ten list, Bleacher Report ranked the Rangers as the NHL team with the third worst salary cap issues in the long run. The Chicago Blackhawks came in at number two and the Tampa Bay Lightning won first prize, unsurprisingly.
Right now the Rangers have a little under half a million under the cap going into this season. Yet as soon as next year, the budget will start to feel tight again.
