According to Marc Craig of Newsday, New York Mets outfielder Tim Tebow will be reporting to camp on Monday where he will give an introductory press conference.
However, Tebow will not be reporting to the 40-man roster side of camp, he will be heading to the side for select minor leaguers who were not invited to big league camp.
The former NFL star will be making his arrival much earlier than he is required to, minor leaguers do not have to report to camp until March 6. At least Tebow is showing he has the drive to improve by showing up early.
