Matt Harvey sick, Mets offense looks sick in Braves hiccup

The Mets and their “dangerous, hard to navigate” lineup were at home. And Matt Harvey was pitching.

So naturally there was lots of talk about a home run and a right-hander with shutdown stuff.

Only thing is the talk was about guys on the Atlanta side.

Matt Wisler, a 23-year-old hope for Atlanta’s future, outpitched Harvey, who was fighting an illness and did not get out of the sixth inning. With rookie Mallex Smith victimizing Harvey for his first career home run and Wisler allowing one hit over eight innings, the Braves won for only the seventh time, beating the Mets, 3-0, at Citi Field on Tuesday.
