New York Knicks point guard Derrick Rose returned to his team on Saturday after being found not liable in a civil lawsuit that accused him and two friends of raping his ex-girlfriend during the summer.
It ended an 18-day absence away from the team that saw him get sued for $21.5 million, as he spoke with Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com:
The issue was a huge issue. I took it very serious. I'm a grown man. I put myself in this situation and I had to get myself out. I was focused the entire time.
