Knicks fans aren’t the only ones waiting to find out if Jeff Hornacek is going to be the team’s next head coach — so is their biggest star.
As he watched batting practice at Citi Field on Friday, Carmelo Anthony was asked if he was eager to learn if Hornacek was going to get the job: “I think everybody is, to see what’s going to happen, [to] see if it’s official.”
Anthony declined to answer any more questions on the topic since Hornacek officially has not been hired.
