New York Knicks Breaking News: To Lose Chris Copeland May Lead To Team’s Devastation?

Critics say that the entire New York Knicks may end up as a disaster with the news that 29 year old Chris Copeland might not be back to play by next season. Copeland is actually a limited free agent which only means that the team can get to match any offer he receives from other teams, for as long as it is just up to $3.18 million.

The problem? There are news that the New Orleans Pelicans are rumored to have been preparing to offer the scorer an amount he won’t be able to resist.

If things come true with this rumor, then the New York Knicks might be left helpless soon. So what is it with Copeland that makes the guy so highly in demand? He may not be an All Star and he is not even a franchise player for the league. But he is a total GAME CHANGER. This means that he can really score.

There were lots of moments that Copeland was unstoppable. And if he would be given more chance to shine by their head coach, then he will surely be showing how much more he is capable of doing.

New York had a big leap in almost making it to the Eastern Conference Finals for 2013. But to lose a player like Copeland would surely mean stepping backward. So one thing is certain: the New York Knicks need him to be back by 2014.
