With a solar eclipse coming Monday afternoon, the Jets have moved up their practice time.

It is not clear if the eclipse is the sole reason why the Jets changed practice time, but their practice will now end before the eclipse's maximum coverage point.

The Jets had been set to practice, as usual, from 1:50 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. The practice was going to be open to the public. It will now be closed to the public and run from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

In Florham Park, where the Jets' training facility is located, the eclipse will result in 71.
