FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — Jets coach Todd Bowles has ruled out Darron Lee for Sunday’s home game against the Ravens.
The first-round pick, and team leader in tackles with 30 has not practiced all week because of a sprained ankle suffered on Monday against the Cardinals in Arizona. Asked if the injury could sideline the rookie linebacker more than a week, Bowles said, “I’m hoping not. “It’s still too early to tell. I just know he’s out this week.”
He said there’s a possibility the Jets could add another linebacker.
Right tackle Brent Qvale (neck) has also been ruled out.
