When mandatory mini-camp ended for the New York Giants and summer prep-cation began, yours truly did an end-of-the-offseason 53-man roster projection. In my most recent mailbag, I opined that there are a lot of reasons to think Geno Smith can take the No. 2 job from Johnson. I can’t give him the job now, though.
