Big Blue has been linked to the future Hall of Famer this offseason and there have been reports that the Giants aren’t interested in Peterson.
With Peterson still unsigned, Giants head coach Ben McAdoo wouldn’t rule out adding him this offseason.
“Never say never,” McAdoo said at the NFL owners meetings, via ESPN.com. “I think Adrian is a guy who is a very talented player and he has a chip on his shoulder. If he can stay healthy he probably has a lot to offer.”
I know the Giants love saying things like “never say never,” but if they truly weren’t still interested in Peterson, I would bet McAdoo would have said so.
