Andrea Pirlo was out in the city this week with his family to watch The Lion King musical at the Minskoff Theater on Broadway.
That was before he played 56 minutes of NYCFC’s 2-1 defeat to Orlando City at Yankee Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Italian took 41 touches in the game, winning all of his aerial duels, completing 85% of his 34 passes and assisting one shot.
