According to Field Yates of ESPN, the adjustments on Dannell Ellerbe‘s deal will clear up a total of $2.7 million in cap space for the cap-needy New Orleans Saints.

It looks like Ellerbe, who played in just six games in 2015 thanks to a lingering hip issues, will remain in New Orleans, despite his injury-riddled past.
