LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State women's basketball program announced a new addition to the staff with the signing of assistant coach Aisha Stewart.
After the addition, NM State women's basketball head coach Brooke Atkinson said, "Aisha comes to New Mexico State with a number of years of experience at the Division I level. She is a tireless recruiter and great role model for these young women. Aisha has a great energy and presence about her, the people of New Mexico State and Las Cruces will love her."
Stewart spent the past two years as assistant coach with the North Texas women's basketball team.
