Jordan Peterson Named Safeties Coach

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. --- Head football coach Bob Davie has announced the addition of Jordan Peterson to the 2017 Lobo coaching staff as safeties coach. Peterson brings plenty of ties to the talent-rich recruiting grounds of Texas having most recently coached at Texas State and having played at Texas A&M.

Peterson will handle all duties associated with coaching UNM safeties, and he will also assist with special teams.

Peterson coached at Fresno State for five seasons, from 2012-16, helping the Bulldogs to three bowl games and a 2014 Mountain West Championship game appearance and a 2013 Mountain West title.
