Jacob Trouba has requested a trade from the Winnipeg Jets. After trading away Adam Larsson for Taylor Hall, the New Jersey Devils are in the market for a right-handed defenseman. While the price may be high, the Devils should do their do-diligence and inquire about the possibility of trading for Trouba.
When asked on Friday, “What are expectations for this season for the Devils?” Ray Shero responded, “Asset-wise we’re in a better place in terms of draft pick-wise moving forward.” IF Shero decides that he is willing to extend an offer that includes some picks, the Devils could land Trouba.
