A 2-0 loss to Toronto FC left its mark on the Revolution Friday night. Not only did the club suffer its second consecutive defeat, it also endured injuries to two key players.
According to Revolution Staff Writer Jeff Lemieux, both Antonio Delamea and Juan Agudelo left Toronto with broken noses, though no official report has been released by the team.
Delamea suffered his injury in the 75th minute, when he clanged heads with Gershon Koffie while attempting to defend a lofting pass. Koffie backpedaled into the challenge and never saw Delamea coming toward him.
