FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – Juan Agudelo is expected to be available for selection when the New England Revolution visit the New York Red Bulls on Saturday night at Red Bull Arena.
An upper extremity injury has sidelined Agudelo for the past two games, but the 24-year-old forward recently returned to full training with no ill effects.
“I think he’s there,” head coach Jay Heaps said when asked how close Agudelo is to a return. “We brought him out today (Tuesday) and he was able to go through all the paces, so I think at this time, both he and Gershon (Koffie) are starting to really push for more minutes.
