The Patriots have a very workable pool of talent in the 2nd round, so there's no pinpointing of a realistic strategy. They could go up, down, or even stay put with both picks individually.
From my perspective, the first round could not have gone much better for the Patriots than it did. The two players I absolutely would have been livid with the Patriots drafted (Will Fuller and Robert Nkemdiche) wound up going in the first round and the players I did like did not go in the first round. The Patriots have long term needs at the RB, WR, OT, DT, and CB positions.
