Pack notes: Oliver has huge board game, falls short of goal

News and notes from the Wolf Pack’s 85-77 win over Boise State on Wednesday.

* Wolf Pack forward Cameron Oliver recorded his third straight game with double-digit rebounds, snaring 11 as Nevada won the board battle, 33-29. Despite his excellent night on the glass, Wolf Pack coach Eric Musselman joked he wasn’t fully satisfied.

“He’s nine short of the goal he and I had talked about,” Musselman said with a smile.

The most rebounds for a Mountain West player this season is 20 from Wyoming’s Hayden Dalton. That was the figure both Musselman and Oliver had targeted entering the game.
