Pack hits court for first time since historic comeback

For the first time since its historic comeback in a 105-104 overtime win at New Mexico, the Wolf Pack hits the court again Saturday at Wyoming. While there were plenty of lessons learned from that game, perhaps the biggest one was this: It’d be optimal to not fall behind by 25 points again.

“We learned we can come back from big deficits,” Nevada forward Jordan Caroline said, “but I don’t think we want to come back from anything like that again. We want to avoid those situations in the future.”

While Nevada’s dramatic comeback in the final few minutes drew national headlines, its struggles over the first 35 minutes of the game were worrisome.
