Reimers ready for bigger role in offense in 2017

Bryan Reimers was among a handful of Huskers sidelined during Thursday's practice at Memorial Stadium.

A junior wide receiver from Lincoln, Reimers said he needed stitches in his head Wednesday.

"I'm trying each and every day to get back out there," he told reporters. "We'll see what happens."

When Reimers gets back on the practice field, he'll continue to work behind junior Stanley Morgan and senior De'Mornay Pierson-El.
