After considering transferring to a new program the past three weeks, Jasmine Cincore has decided to remain with the Nebraska women’s basketball team for her junior season, coach Amy Williams announced Friday evening.
Cincore had been granted permission to look for a new school after Connie Yori resigned as Husker coach.
“We are really excited that Jasmine has decided to stay at Nebraska,” Williams said in a news release. “When she called to tell me the news I was thrilled. I think Jasmine can help us as we move forward. She is a talented athlete with good basketball skill, and as she gains more experience her abilities and confidence will grow.
