The weather might be cooling off now that we've turned the calendar to fall, but college football is just heating up.
The fourth week of the 2016 season was another awesome one, and though it didn't feature many major upsets, there were some shocking results. It had a few great comebacks as well as plenty of down-to-the-wire action late out on the West Coast, all of which impacted this week's Bleacher Report Top 25.
