NBA teams are shaking their collective heads over the luck of the Cleveland Cavs.
Despite having just a 1.7% chance to win the 2014 NBA Draft Lottery, the Cavs secured the first overall pick for the second straight season and the third time in four years. Per Nick Schwartz of For The Win, the Cavs have overcome 1-in-10,000 odds to take home the first pick in the draft four times in the past eleven seasons.
