I don't know why but whenever I think about my frustration with the start to this season my mind goes straight to this scene from Dumb and Dumber:
In all seriousness, it's too early to get too down about it but the Preds dropping three straight early still isn't fun to experience as a fan. It doesn't get any easier tonight as the Predators go up against the reigning Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins tonight. All we can hope is Craig Smith and Ryan Johansen had a 24 hour virus and are being IVed as we speak.
