New Mexico wing Sam Logwood announced his intentions to transfer from the university Monday afternoon, per his Twitter account.
I wont be returning next year but thank you New Mexico. I appreciate you all. It was a true blessing to be able to play for the Lobos.

Logwood was a focal point to the Lobos in the 2016-17 season. The junior from Indianapolis scored a career-high 7.3 points per game while shooting 44.9% from the field, finishing third on the team in scoring.
The news of Logwood’s transfer continues the destruction of the Lobo roster over the start of the offseason.
