Ex-Marquette guard Duane Wilson considering Nevada

Former Marquette point guard Duane Wilson is considering Nevada as a graduate transfer option, CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein reported Monday morning.

On March 20, ESPN reporter Jeff Goodman announced that Wilson intends to graduate from the university in May and pursue a new team for the 2017-18 season. Because Wilson will be a graduate transfer, he is not required to sit out a season.

Wilson has enjoyed a productive three years as a Golden Eagle, scoring 908 points and averaging 24.5 minutes per game despite a coaching change midway through his time with MU. This past season was a significant drop off of what most were expecting out of Wilson, however.
