Shinya Aoki will make his third lightweight title defense against Eduard Folayang at One Championship “Defending Honor” on Nov. 11.
The promotion announced the matchup on Tuesday. The event takes place at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore, and is available via streaming pay-per-view in the United States.
Aoki has won nine straight fights since a first-round TKO defeat to Eddie Alvarez at Bellator 66 in April 22. Aoki submitted Kotetsu Boku to capture the promotion’s 155-pound strap in 2013 and has since defended the belt successfully against Kamal Shalorus and Koji Ando.
