UFC 190: Rousey to dedicate her performance to late 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper

On Saturday night, UFC women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey plans to dedicate her main event fight with Bethe Correia to the pro wrestling legend who is the inspiration for her 'Rowdy' nickname.

Ronda Rousey's fight with Bethe Correia has been fueled primarily by the personal barbs these two have traded over the past several weeks. Correia has been lobbing the majority of the hate grenades towards the unbeaten UFC, and Rousey has publicly stated she plans to "teach Correia a lesson." Not only will Rousey seek to settle a personal grudge with the Brazilian challenger at UFC 190, but she plans to do so in honor of the WWE great whose nickname she was granted permission to use for herself.
