Even though the MLS post season is still up and running, most teams are done with their season and are looking ahead to 2017 and what reinforcements they can bring. One of these reinforcements is rumored to be Sami Khedira who currently plays for Juventus in Serie A.
According to Mike Wade of ESPN FC, there are three MLS clubs racing for his signature, the Galaxy, NYCFC and the Red Bulls. Though Khedira has 2 and a half more years left on his contract, Wade said that it isn’t entirely out of the question for him to make the trip across the Atlantic:
The former Real Madrid man has a contract with Italian champions Juve until 2019 and is said to currently be fully focused on adding to the titles he has won with the Bianconeri, but could sit down to discuss his future at the end of the season.
