With the 2015 MLB offseason upon us, the Chicago Cubs are strong contenders in the hunt for premier starting pitchers. The name most associated with the Cubs pursuit is left handed ace David Price. Price previously played for manager Joe Maddon with the Tampa Bay Rays for a little more than 6 seasons. In addition, Price is coming off another excellent year in which he finished runner up to Dallas Keuchel in the AL Cy Young. While this seems like a great option, the price for Price may just be too much.
