Mike Tyson, eat your heart out. Well, not literally.

Per Ted Berg of For The Win, the Los Angeles Dodgers have released Triple-A Albuquerque catcher Miguel Olivo after he bit off a piece of teammate Alex Guerrero's ear in a dugout altercation.

Guerrero will miss up to five weeks in the wake of plastic surgery to reconstruct his mangled ear.

Olivo has spent portions of thirteen seasons in the Majors, compiling the worst walk-to-strikeout ratio of any hitter in the big leagues with more than 2,000 plate appearances to his credit.

Suffice to say, coupled with his unquenchable desire to eat human flesh, Olivo will most likely never see action on a MLB diamond again.
