Frias to DL, Coulombe Recalled

The team announced left-hander Daniel Coulombe would be recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City to fill Frias' spot on the roster. Coulombe appeared in four games earlier this season, giving up six earned runs in 6.1 innings before being sent back down.
Frias, 25, was removed from his June 30 start against the Arizona Diamondbacks after five innings due to back tightness.
