One of the stats now tracked to decipher the potency of an offense is “explosive plays” – which is defined a run or pass that gains at least for 20 yards or more.
cfbstats.com shows that Louisville ranks first in the nation with 41 explosive plays, and there are trhee SEC teams in the top 20.
