"It's up in the air right now," LSU interim head coach Ed Orgeron said during Wednesday's SEC teleconference. Orgeron said Fournette's availability could be "a game-time decision."
On the other side of the ball, Orgeron reinstated starting defensive end Davon Godchaux, who had been suspended after his arrest Sunday following an argument with his girlfriend. East Baton Rouge's district attorney decided against filing charges because of inconsistent statements by Godchaux's girlfriend, The Advocate of Baton Rouge reported. The argument took place when Godchaux's girlfriend tried to leave his apartment with their 10-month old-child. It's unclear if Godchaux will play for LSU (2-2, 1-1) on Saturday.
