Denver's Shane Ray latest Super Bowl winner from Mizzou

He was upstaged by former teammate Kony Ealy, but with Denver’s victory over Carolina in Super Bowl 50, Broncos rookie linebacker Shane Ray joined an elite class of former Missouri players to win a Super Bowl. He’s the 11th player to finish his college career at Mizzou to win a Super Bowl and the first since Chase Daniel, who was the No. 3 quarterback for the New Orleans Saints in Super Bowl 44.

Ray was credited with two tackles and a forced fumble.

Ealy, a second-round draft pick in 2014, had a record-setting performance for the Panthers with three sacks, a forced fumble, a recovered fumble and an interception.
