Last week’s Gary Pinkel goodbye party was a dud. In the coach’s final home game, Tennessee pummeled his Tigers, after which two senior linemen carried Pinkel off the field. It was an awkward scene as the loss left the coach in anguish, hardly in the mood to commemorate his 15 years at Mizzou. Can the Tigers take a mulligan on the Pinkel sendoff? The reception will be different on the road Friday, but can the Tigers recapture the passion and focus they played with two weeks earlier against Brigham Young?
