Bears seniors eager to see Wichita State

Missouri State will finish the regular season on Saturday morning, hosting Wichita State at JQH Arena.

The Bears are 16-14 overall, 7-10 in the Missouri Valley Conference, virtually assured the No. 6 seed in the conference tournament and are coming off a listless performance in a loss to an 11-19 Bradley team.

The Shockers are ranked No. 25 nationally, 26-4 overall, 16-1 in the league and playing for at least a share of the Valley regular-season title. Wichita State has won 11 consecutive games, 17 of its last 18 and has one loss since Dec. 17.

By listening to the three players ready to celebrate Senior Day, though, you may think this game is a toss-up.
