Ole Miss OT Jeremy Liggins is back at practice but won't play vs. Florida State

It sounds like Big Lig’s suspension will end after the Rebels’ trip to Orlando.

Jeremy Liggins was back on the practice field on Friday afternoon, the first time he’s been allowed to work out with the team during fall camp. The big fella isn’t out of the dog house just yet, though: Hugh Freeze confirmed to reporters that it’ll be another two weeks before the backup left tackle is fully reinstated. That means Liggins won’t play in the season opener against Florida State on Sept. 5.

Freeze announced the suspension on the first day of camp two weeks ago, saying that Liggins had committed an unspecified “violation of team standards.
