Wild Agrees To Terms With Jordan Schroeder On A One-Year, Two-Way Contract

Schroeder, 25 (9/29/90), recorded four points (2-2=4) in 26 games with Minnesota in 2015-16, and 34 points (14-20=34) in 40 games with Iowa in the American Hockey League (AHL). The 5-foot-9, 184-pound native of Lakeville, Minn, added a goal with Minnesota while skating in two games in the 2016 Stanley Cup playoffs. He posted eight points (3-5=8) in 25 games with Minnesota in 2014-15, and skated in three playoff games, after signing as a free agent on July 11, 2014. The forward has totaled 27 points (11-16=27) in 107 career NHL contests with Vancouver and Minnesota. Schroeder tallied 73 points (22-51=73) in 72 games during two seasons at the University of Minnesota (2008-10), and was named the WCHA Rookie of the Year following the 2008-09 season after leading the NCAA in rookie scoring.
