Wild re-sign Mikael Granlund, Nate Prosser and Ryan Carter

The Wild proved steadfast in their belief that bringing back the same team from last season can pay dividends next season, spending the beginning of free agency locking up their own free agents.

After re-signing three skaters Wednesday, only one player in line to make next year's roster: former Gophers defenseman Mike Reilly, who officially signed with the team Wednesday after agreeing to terms on a two-year, entry-level deal on Friday.

Aside from that, the Wild are relying on internal improvements to yield tangible improvements for a team that finised the past two seasons in the Western Conference semfinals.
