Minnesota Wild's winning ways have made for good TV at Fox Sports North

The Minnesota Wild have been a ratings bonanza for Fox Sports North this season. Their 4.2 rating during 71 regular-season games was the highest-rated season ever for the network, which began broadcasting Wild games in 2000.

Each ratings point equals 17,280 households, and that 4.2 rating was just in the Twin Cities. In the playoffs, Fox Sports North broadcast Games 1, 3, 4 and 5.

Game 3, a 3-0 Wild victory in St. Louis, had a 13.9 share, the second-highest ever for a Wild playoff game. The highest-rated playoff game of all time was Game 7 last year in the playoffs against Colorado, with a 16.
