There was quite an assortment of mementos that became signature pieces as Vikings fans traveled from around Minnesota and across state lines in part because Peterson and Vikings running backs were signing autographs.
Peterson started his session before the scheduled time and didn’t leave the table at the Northland Ford Dealers Autograph Zone until more than an hour later and only until the 2012 NFL MVP had greeted everyone in line, showing his appreciation for their support.
The demand for autographs for Peterson and quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is so overwhelmingly high that the team implements a scratch-off ticket system to award arm bands for the lines of those two players.
