Joe Berger (concussion) doesn't practice for Vikings

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- After getting Joe Berger back on the practice field the first two days of this week, the Minnesota Vikings were without their center once again in practice on Thursday.

Berger, who sustained a concussion against the Detroit Lions that caused him to miss last Thursday's game against the Dallas Cowboys, did not practice Thursday, putting his status for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in some question. The Vikings still have Friday's practice and a Saturday walk-through to see if Berger clears the concussion protocol before Sunday afternoon, but they could have to turn to Nick Easton for a second straight week.
