Randy Moss has been there for Kassi Spier for a long time.

He first met her at training camp when he was a rookie with the Minnesota Vikings in 1998 and she was an 8-year-old fan. He got even closer with her when she was diagnosed with leukemia in 2000. He was there for her when her father died in a 2004 car accident and then again when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2013.
