Twins News: Premiere pitching matchup happening one day late

In Twins news, the stage has been set for an epic day of baseball at Target Field on Monday - especially with the team giving away 10,000 sets of Kingsford grill tongs to what promises to be a raucous and fun crowd in the Twin Cities.

However, instead of getting a premiere pitching matchup between Phil Hughes and the Rangers' Yu Darvish (Tuesday's scheduled starters), Kevin Correia starts for the Twins against relatively unknown Nick Tepesch of Texas.

Eek.

As John Bonnes of Twins Daily puts it, "you might want to opt for bleacher seats in right field for a home run ball" during Monday's game. Correia has given up 20 or more home runs in each of the past four seasons - with a fair amount of those landing in the right field seats.

Either way, it's Memorial Day baseball at one of the truly gorgeous parks in the new wave of MLB stadiums. As long as you bring a glove, you'll be fine.
