It’s almost hard to remember because of the All-Star Break, but the Milwaukee Bucks are currently riding a three-game win streak and sit just one and a half games behind the Detroit Pistons in the Eastern Conference standings.
Those Pistons are currently holding onto the eighth seed, meaning the Bucks are just one spot away from the playoffs. If Milwaukee can keep up its momentum now that All-Star festivities and the NBA trade deadline are concluded, then the Bucks could make a real playoff run.
There aren’t many exciting new toys around to help with that, besides Axel Toupane, who the Bucks signed with the roster spot created when the team jettisoned Roy Hibbert to the Denver Nuggets for, essentially, nothing.
